I need to alert everyone to the fact that there's some no-goodniks lurking around this (and every other) message board. In particular, one of our users received the following private message:
Dear, (BAKUC username)!
A virus alert was noticed on your computer.
We highly recommend you to check your computer and perform online virus check at our site immediately:
http://security-tool2010.net/nickm----------------------------------------------------
Forum Administration forum.bakuc.com.
Obviously, these did
not come from any associated with the site staff and are, in fact, a
scam. If you receive a PM like this, forward it to me and
do not click on whatever link they include. While we could put tools in place that would potentially thwart these folks before they start, the same tools would also make it much more difficult for new users to register and get going with the site. So, for now, we're just going to need to be vigilant and ban these types of scammers as soon as they show themselves.

ForumTeam) has been banned.
